Chicken and Potato Onion Soup

This easy soup uses ingredients that you probably already have on hand, all in your pantry.

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) can cut green beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (14 oz) can chicken breast, packed in water
  • 1 (16 oz) can diced potatoes, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 (16 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet onion soup mix

Directions:

  1. In a large pot, add all ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil then turn temperature down to low-medium and simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Store leftovers in an airtight container within 2 hours.
