
Ingredients
- 1 lb. mini bell peppers
- 8 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-2 TBLS Everything, but the Bagel spice (or can use taco seasoning or chili powder)
Instructions
- Slice the tops off the peppers (or may be sliced in half length wise)
- Mixed softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese and spices.
- Fill pepper with the mixture.
- Serve cold or bake for 10 minutes at 400F
