Mini Pepper Poppers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mini bell peppers
  • 8 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1-2 TBLS Everything, but the Bagel spice (or can use taco seasoning or chili powder)

Instructions

  1. Slice the tops off the peppers (or may be sliced in half length wise)
  2. Mixed softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese and spices.  
  3. Fill pepper with the mixture.
  4. Serve cold or bake for 10 minutes at 400F
