Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 graham crackers
- Small plastic zipper bag
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or 9×13-inch pan with parchment or waxed paper and set aside.
- Put graham cracker square(s) into a plastic zipper bag, close, squeezing out air. Crush graham cracker with rolling pin.
- Peel and slice bananas into 1-inch slices.
- Place chocolate chips and oil in a deep 1-quart microwavable bowl or 1-quart liquid measuring cup. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. R.epeat until the chips are mostly melted but not all the way.
- Remove from microwave and stir until smooth.
- Using a spoon, place banana chunks into chocolate and coat with chocolate (you can put many in at a time). Place on prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
- Freeze until firm.
