Fresh Fruit Salad

Everyone loves a fresh fruit salad! Use any fruit you have on hand.

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 large apple, cored and diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 cup grapes, sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup 100% orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, add apple, banana, mandarin oranges, and grapes. Stir to mix.
  2. Measure orange juice into liquid measuring cup, add honey. Stir to mix well.
  3. Pour orange juice honey mixture over fruit, stirring to coat all fruit. 
  4. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container within 2 hours.
