Fresh Fruit Salad

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 large apple, cored and diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 cup grapes, sliced in half
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl add apple, banana, oranges and grapes. Stir to mix.
  2. Measure orange juice into liquid measuring cup, add honey. Stir to mix well.
  3. Pour orange juice honey mixture over fruit, stirring to coat all fruit. 
  4. Serve. Refrigerate any leftovers immediately.
