
Everyone loves a fresh fruit salad! Use any fruit you have on hand.
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 large apple, cored and diced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 1 cup grapes, sliced in half
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Instructions:
- In a large bowl add apple, banana, oranges and grapes. Stir to mix.
- Measure orange juice into liquid measuring cup, add honey. Stir to mix well.
- Pour orange juice honey mixture over fruit, stirring to coat all fruit.
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container within 2 hours.
