Ingredients:
- 2 apples, cut into matchsticks
- 1 English cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 sweet onion, chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped
- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup white wine vinegar or rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
