Ingredients
- 8 skinless and boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8-ounces barbecue sauce
- 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- In a 5-quart slow cooker, add chicken pieces.
- In a separate bowl, combine the barbeque sauce, pineapple, green pepper, onion, and garlic.
- Pour the vegetable mixture over the chicken and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Serve the chicken with sauce and rice.
