
This skillet chili mac and cheese comes together in no time for an easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (15 oz) can chili beans in chili sauce
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup water or reduced sodium beef broth
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 3 cups cooked macaroni
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 8-10 minutes, breaking up meat as it cooks. Meat is cooked when it reaches 160°F.
- Stir in chili beans, salsa, and water or beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Add cheese and stir until melted.
- Add cooked macaroni and stir until fully coated and pasta is heated through.
- Top with chopped cilantro before serving.
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container within 2 hours.
