Five Fruit Smoothie

This smoothie will help you get your recommended fruit for the day! Substitute your favorite fruits in this smoothie.

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup liquid of choice
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 banana

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
