Healthier Orange Creamsicle Drink

This refreshing beverage is a great addition to any brunch or a cool drink for a hot summer day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 (6 oz) can frozen 100% orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8-10 ice cubes (more or less depending on desired thickness)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large blender.
  2. Cover and process until thick and slushy.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
