
This refreshing beverage is a great addition to any brunch or a cool drink for a hot summer day.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 (6 oz) can frozen 100% orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8-10 ice cubes (more or less depending on desired thickness)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large blender.
- Cover and process until thick and slushy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
