Green Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup packed fresh spinach or frozen
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 chunks frozen mango
  • 5 chunks pineapple-frozen or canned
  • 1 banana, broken up, fresh or frozen

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
