Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

This smoothie is rich, creamy, and loaded with chocolate flavor with no added sugars. Swap out the type of milk, fruit, or nut butter based on preference.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add all ingredients. 
  2. Blend until combined. Note: If a thicker consistency is desired, add ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Serve immediately.
