Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 whole orange, peeled
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 1/2 cup canned beets, drained (can use cooked fresh)
- 1 banana, frozen or fresh
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve cold.
