
Makes 18 servings, 2 cookies each.
Notes:
- The cocoa powder can be eliminated.
- Any milk can be used, nutritional value is based on 1% milk.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup 1% milk
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups dry oats
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, margarine and cocoa powder and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and peanut butter until peanut butter is melted.
- Add the oats and stir well.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet covered with waxed paper or parchment paper.
- Chill for 1 hour.
