
These tasty crunchy bars are rich with dark chocolate and maple syrup. You can use any type of nut or seed butter in replace of the peanut butter.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
- Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish or deep baking tray of choice with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add crispy rice cereal and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl or pan on the stovetop, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup, and melted butter. Stirring frequently heat until melted and combined.
- Pour the chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the crispy rice cereal and mix until rice cereal is fully coated. Pour into the lined baking dish and press down to make level.
- Refrigerate until firm (at least an hour).
- Remove and cut into bars. Store in an air-tight container at room temperature.
