3 Ingredient Breakfast Cookies

Makes 12 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed 
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup raisins or chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas and oats and mix well. 
  3. Stir in raisins or chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop one tablespoon of the mixture and drop onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each mound into a cookie shape.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cookies are firm and lightly golden. 
  6. Allow cookies to cool on a baking rack before serving.
  7. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
