
Breakfast is ready in no time with this easy tortilla breakfast pizza. Substitute your favorite meat or make it with veggies only.

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
 - 1/2 cup onion, diced
 - 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
 - 1/2 cup ham, diced
 - 6 large eggs
 - 2 tablespoons milk
 - 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
 - 4 (8 inch) whole wheat tortillas
 - 1/2 cup shredded cheese
 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
 - In a skillet on medium heat, add 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Add onion, pepper, and ham, and cook until vegetables are tender.
 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and hot sauce (if using). Add to the skillet.
 - Cook until eggs are light and fluffy, stirring occasionally.
 - Place whole wheat tortillas on a sheet pan. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Divide the cooked egg mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
 - Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the eggs on each tortilla.
 - Place tortillas in the oven and bake for 5-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Cut into pizza wedges and serve warm.
 - Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container within 2 hours.
