Banana Chocolate Chip Oat Bites

These banana chocolate chip oat bites are so easy and are a perfect snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 ½ cups oat (rolled or quick)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a pan with nonstick spray or use parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Stir in the oats until fully combined.
  4. Add the chocolate and mix.
  5. Scoop 1 heaping tablespoon into your hand and form into a flattened cookie. Continue until you used all the batter.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until set and beginning to lightly brown.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Tip: Reheat for a few seconds before enjoying
