
These banana chocolate chip oat bites are so easy and are a perfect snack or dessert.

Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1 ½ cups oat (rolled or quick)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a pan with nonstick spray or use parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
- Stir in the oats until fully combined.
- Add the chocolate and mix.
- Scoop 1 heaping tablespoon into your hand and form into a flattened cookie. Continue until you used all the batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until set and beginning to lightly brown.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Tip: Reheat for a few seconds before enjoying
