
Easy coleslaw makes a great side dish for pork, chicken, fish or beef! Try adding chopped apples or cranberries or chopped pecans or sunflowers for a tasty twist.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bag coleslaw mix (14-16 ounces) or 6 cups thinly sliced cabbage
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, add light mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until creamy and blended.
- Add cabbage/coleslaw mix and any other add-ins into the bowl. Mix until the coleslaw is fully coated with dressing.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container within 2 hours.
