Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets (frozen or fresh)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 packets ramen noodles, discard seasoning packet
- Salt & pepper
Sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce or siracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, hot sauce, and garlic powder.
- In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook until tender, 2 minutes. Drain.
- In a large skillet on medium heat, heat oil. Add onions,pepper, and broccoli, and cook until tender, 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
- Add ground beef to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Drain fat and return vegetables back to the skillet.
- Add cooked ramen noodles to skillet, then add sauce. Toss until combined. Garnish with green onions and serve.
- Refrigerate any leftovers within 2 hours.
