
These peanut butter energy bites are the perfect on-the-go snack.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup crisp rice cereal, divided
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and dry milk. Stir in the oats and 1/4 cup of the rice cereal. Mix until fully combined.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place the remaining 1/2 cup rice cereal in a large ziplock-style bag and crush with your hands or rolling pin.
- Place peanut butter balls in the bag and shake until they are covered with cereal.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
