Greek Yogurt Bark with Berries

This yogurt bark combines yogurt, berries, and your choice of other toppings for a nutritious and tasty snack!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • Optional: ¼ cup of granola, chopped nuts, or other topping of choice

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until combined.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread yogurt across parchment paper, making a thin layer about ¼-inch thick.
  4. Evenly sprinkle berries and other desired toppings over the yogurt.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Remove from freezer. Using your hands or a knife, break the yogurt bark into pieces.
  7. Store in airtight container or bag in freezer until ready to enjoy.
