
This yogurt bark combines yogurt, berries, and your choice of other toppings for a nutritious and tasty snack!

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- Optional: ¼ cup of granola, chopped nuts, or other topping of choice
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread yogurt across parchment paper, making a thin layer about ¼-inch thick.
- Evenly sprinkle berries and other desired toppings over the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
- Remove from freezer. Using your hands or a knife, break the yogurt bark into pieces.
- Store in airtight container or bag in freezer until ready to enjoy.
