Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 whole grain graham cracker sheets
Directions:
- Line a baking sheet or 9×13-inch pan with parchment or waxed paper and set aside.
- Put graham cracker squares into a plastic zipper bag, close, squeezing out air. Crush the graham crackers with a kitchen tool of choice (a rolling pin or the flat side of a pan works great!).
- Peel and slice bananas into 1-inch slices.
- Place chocolate chips and oil in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Repeat until the chips are mostly melted but not all the way.
- Remove from microwave and stir until smooth.
- Dip one side of each banana chunk into the melted chocolate. Place on prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
- Freeze until firm and enjoy!
- Keep leftover frozen in an airtight container.
