Chocolate Banana Graham Cracker Chunks

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 whole grain graham cracker sheets

Directions:

  1. Line a baking sheet or 9×13-inch pan with parchment or waxed paper and set aside.
  2. Put graham cracker squares into a plastic zipper bag, close, squeezing out air. Crush the graham crackers with a kitchen tool of choice (a rolling pin or the flat side of a pan works great!). 
  3. Peel and slice bananas into 1-inch slices. 
  4. Place chocolate chips and oil in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Repeat until the chips are mostly melted but not all the way.       
  5. Remove from microwave and stir until smooth.      
  6. Dip one side of each banana chunk into the melted chocolate.  Place on prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.      
  7. Freeze until firm and enjoy!
  8. Keep leftover frozen in an airtight container.
